International Maritime Dangerous Goods Regulations

 Our IMDG course is offered over a period of 3 days and is normally held at our training centre. This course can also be presented at the client’s premises should it be required. 

A SAMSA approved Certificate of Completion is awarded to participants obtaining a grade of 80% or higher on all exercises and exams.

  • General provisions & Conventions 
  • Classification & classes of dangerous goods 
  • Dangerous good list, special provisions & exceptions 
  • Packing & Tank Provisions
  • Consignment procedures (Documentation, Marking & labelling etc.) 
  • Construction & testing of packagings, IBC’s, portable tanks etc. 
  • Provisions concerning transport operations (Stowage & Segregation etc.)
