This course is intended for people who wish to pursue a career in the airline industry as a passenger handling agent or cabin crew member and is intended as part of a bridging programme to introduce learners to industry principles, processes, practices, and systems.

The course contains information on what you will be typically expected to learn on joining an airline for the position of passenger handling agent or cabin crew. By completing this course, you will not only have an advantage when you start your initial airline training, but you will also greatly improve your chances of being employed as a passenger handling agent or cabin crew member.

Prerequisites
